Ben jij een ervaren jurist die graag werkt aan complexe en innovatieve infrastructuur- en energieprojecten? Bij Ballast Nedam Wind & Marine in Utrecht krijg je de kans om een belangrijke rol te spelen in nationale en internationale projecten op het gebied van offshore wind, maritieme infrastructuur en duurzame energie.

Als (Senior) Legal Counsel adviseer je management en projectteams over uiteenlopende contractuele vraagstukken. Je beoordeelt en onderhandelt over contracten, beheerst juridische en commerciële risico's en ondersteunt bij tenders, samenwerkingen, claims en geschillen. Dankzij jouw scherpe juridische inzicht en pragmatische aanpak draag je bij aan de succesvolle realisatie van uitdagende projecten.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen de business unit en externe stakeholders en krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een dynamische en internationale projectomgeving.

Wat breng jij mee

  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde opleiding Nederlands recht, met een civielrechtelijke of bouwrechtelijke specialisatie, aangevuld met minstens vijf jaar relevante werkervaring als bedrijfsjurist of advocaat, bij voorkeur binnen de bouw-, offshore-, energie- of maritieme sector, dan wel als advocaat met ervaring in het adviseren van bouwbedrijven.
  • Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met internationale contractvormen binnen de offshore- en maritieme sector, zoals FIDIC, LOGIC en BIMCO.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische, internationale omgeving waarin risico's en tijdsdruk een belangrijke rol spelen.
  • Je bent een goede sparringpartner voor onze business en collega-juristen. Daarnaast ben je pragmatisch en probleemoplossend, analytisch sterk en beschik je over commercieel inzicht.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van andere vreemde talen is in onze internationale omgeving mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent bereid incidenteel te reizen voor projecten en onderhandelingen in het buitenland.
  • Je bent beschikbaar tussen de 32 en 40 uur per week.
