Als Campus Recruiter ben jij hét gezicht van Ballast Nedam richting het onderwijs, met focus op mbo-, hbo-scholen en universiteiten. Je legt nieuwe contacten, bouwt duurzame samenwerkingen op en bezoekt samen met collega’s stagemarkten. Je bedenkt originele manieren om studenten te bereiken en betrekt ook middelbare scholieren binnen onze sector.

Je voert gesprekken, adviseert over de beste match en zet campagnes op om onze zichtbaarheid te vergroten. Daarnaast organiseer je inspirerende activiteiten zoals lunchlezingen en excursies. Je denkt mee over slimme processen en draagt actief bij aan verbeteringen.

Je komt terecht in een hecht recruitmentteam waar kennis delen en successen vieren centraal staan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verbinding leggen met onderwijsinstellingen en aangaan van strategische partnerships;
  • Bezoeken van stagemarkten en organiseren van events;
  • Creatieve wervingsacties en marketingcampagnes opzetten;
  • Sollicitatiegesprekken voeren en hiring managers adviseren over stage-matches;
  • Meedenken over procesverbeteringen binnen recruitment.

Wat breng jij mee

  • Mbo of hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Enthousiasme, overtuigingskracht en pro activiteit;
  • Flexibiliteit en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Beschikbaarheid van 32 of 40 uur per week en een rijbewijs;
  • Ervaring met het werven van jong talent is een pré.
  • Affiniteit met de infra-, bouw- of technieksector;
  • Interesse in recruitment, arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en het verbinden van mensen;

Wat je van ons krijgt

  • Salaris van € 2.700.- tot € 3.500,- bruto per 4 weken (€ 2.900,- € 3800,- bruto per maand) op basis van een fulltime dienstverband);
  • Je krijgt naast je salaris een vast bedrag voor duurzame inzetbaarheid, dat eraan bijdraagt om gezond te blijven (2,3% volgens cao Bouw & Infra);
  • 43 vrije dagen volgens de cao Bouw & Infra. Van deze dagen worden er 13 uitbetaald in je individuele budget, je kunt ervoor kiezen om deze dagen terug te kopen;
  • Een sterk pakket secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een standaardverzekering van alle werknemersrisico's, pensioenregelingen, een extra aanvulling bij arbeidsongeschiktheid;
  • Een laptop en een smartphone;
  • Je kunt kiezen tussen een elektrische leaseauto of het gebruik van je eigen auto, waarbij je een vaste vergoeding en een kilometervergoeding ontvangt;
