Als Project Engineer bij Ballast Nedam Wind & Marine werk je aan internationale offshore wind- en maritieme projecten, van tender tot uitvoering. Je speelt een belangrijke rol bij het ontwikkelen van slimme technische oplossingen voor uitdagende projecten wereldwijd en zorgt ervoor dat plannen uitvoerbaar, veilig en kostenefficiënt zijn.

In deze rol vorm je de schakel tussen ontwerp, engineering en uitvoering. Vanaf de eerste technische uitwerking denk je mee over de beste aanpak, risico's, kansen en uitvoeringsmethodieken. Wanneer een project wordt gegund, draag je jouw kennis over naar de uitvoeringsorganisatie en blijf je betrokken om de technische kwaliteit en maakbaarheid te waarborgen.

De nadruk ligt op het ontwikkelen van slimme technische oplossingen en het vertalen van complexe vraagstukken naar een concrete en realiseerbare aanpak. Je werkt nauw samen met tender managers, projectmanagers, engineers, leveranciers en onderaannemers en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan het succes van onze projecten.

Jouw werkzaamheden in het kort:

  • Uitwerken van technische oplossingen en uitvoeringsmethodieken voor offshore wind- en maritieme projecten;
  • Ondersteunen van tenderteams bij het ontwikkelen van onderscheidende en uitvoerbare aanbiedingen;
  • Opstellen, coördineren en beoordelen van technische documentatie, berekeningen en werkmethodieken;
  • Vertalen van ontwerpuitgangspunten naar praktische, veilige en efficiënte uitvoeringsoplossingen;
  • Afstemmen met leveranciers, onderaannemers en engineeringpartners over technische raakvlakken en interfaces;
  • Signaleren, analyseren en beheersen van technische risico's en kansen;
  • Ondersteunen van projectteams tijdens de voorbereidings- en uitvoeringsfase;
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning, maakbaarheid en technische haalbaarheid;
  • Bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling en verbetering van engineeringprocessen binnen Wind & Marine.

Wat breng jij mee

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in Civiele Techniek, Maritieme Techniek of Offshore Engineering;
  • Circa 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring als Project Engineer binnen offshore wind, offshore olie & gas of maritieme projecten;
  • Ervaring met funderingsinstallaties, maritieme operaties en heavy lift-operaties is een pre;
  • Affiniteit met zowel tendertrajecten als de uitvoeringsfase van projecten;
  • Het vermogen én de motivatie om collega's te begeleiden en verder te ontwikkelen;
  • Een ondernemende instelling en de drive om processen en werkwijzen continu te verbeteren;
  • Flexibiliteit en het vermogen om effectief te functioneren in een dynamische en snel veranderende werkomgeving.
