Als HR Services Specialist met focus op AFAS ben jij een belangrijke inhoudelijke kracht binnen het HR Shared Service Center van Ballast Nedam in Utrecht. Je kijkt verder dan alleen mutatieverwerking: je overziet processen, begrijpt de samenhang tussen HR, Payroll en systemen en vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar een efficiënte inrichting van AFAS. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega's, fungeert als kritische sparringpartner en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen.

Voor bijna 2000 (internationale) collega's ben jij een belangrijke schakel en ondersteun je bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de HR-administratie, zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van mutaties en ziet toe op de naleving van beleid, cao's en wet- en regelgeving. Daarnaast signaleer je verbeterkansen, geef je advies waar nodig en draag je bij aan de verdere digitalisering en optimalisatie van HR-processen.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR-vragen via telefoon, e-mail, tickets en persoonlijk contact;
  • Verwerken en beheren van HR-mutaties in AFAS;
  • Bewaken van de naleving van HR-beleid, cao's en wet- en regelgeving;
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en adviseren over passende oplossingen;
  • Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en deelnemen aan projectgroepen.

Deze functie is in te kleden voor 32 tot 40 uur in de week.

Wat breng jij mee

  • Mbo + werk- en denkniveau, opleiding op het gebied van Human Resource Management of in een vergelijkbare HR richting;
  • Relevante werkervaring binnen een HR-support of Shared Service Center;
  • Ruime ervaring met AFAS (HRM); je begrijpt inrichting, workflows en samenhang met processen en bent goed met Excel/analyses;
  • Je bent analytisch, ziet snel waar processen wringen en durft dit te benoemen;
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel met verschillende stakeholders;
  • Affiniteit met een complexe organisatie en bij voorkeur met de bouwsector.

Wat je van ons krijgt

  • Salaris van € 3.500,- tot max € 5.500 bruto per 4 weken (€ 3.792,- tot € 5.958,- bruto per maand) op basis van een fulltime dienstverband;
  • Je krijgt naast je salaris een vast bedrag voor duurzame inzetbaarheid, dat eraan bijdraagt om gezond te blijven (2,3% volgens cao Bouw & Infra);
  • 43 vrije dagen volgens de cao Bouw & Infra. Van deze dagen worden er 13 uitbetaald in je individuele budget, je kunt ervoor kiezen om deze dagen terug te kopen;
