Het project A-Lanes A15 behoort tot de grootste infrastructuurprojecten van Nederland en is van groot belang voor de bereikbaarheid van de Rotterdamse haven en de omliggende regio. Het gaat om het beheer en onderhoud van een drukke verkeersader waar dagelijks honderdduizenden weggebruikers passeren. Door de combinatie van tunnels, bruggen en complexe aansluitingen vraagt het project om een hoog niveau van afstemming, risicobeheersing en samenwerking. Voor jou als contractmanager betekent dit dat je niet alleen verantwoordelijk bent voor het bewaken van contractuele afspraken, maar ook een sleutelrol speelt in het soepel laten verlopen van een project dat direct bijdraagt aan de economie en de mobiliteit van Nederland.

Als Contractmanager van Ballast Nedam Infra kom je te werken in een projectteam. Je zorgt ervoor dat afspraken met opdrachtgevers en aannemers nauwgezet worden nageleefd en bewaakt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden. Het identificeren en beheersen van risico’s hoort bij jouw dagelijkse taken. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende stakeholders om tot oplossingen te komen en sterke samenwerkingen te bevorderen. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het waarborgen van kwaliteit, veiligheid en kostenbeheersing binnen het project. Een rol waarin jouw expertise direct bijdraagt aan het succes van dit cruciale infrastructuurproject.

Jouw dagelijkse uitdagingen

  • Bewaken van contractuele afspraken en zorgen voor een nauwkeurige naleving binnen het project;
  • Signaleren en oplossen van contractuele risico’s en geschillen in samenwerking met betrokken partijen;
  • Beheren van wijzigingen en claims om een soepele voortgang van het project te garanderen;
  • Afstemmen en coördineren met opdrachtgevers, aannemers en andere stakeholders;
  • Monitoren van budgetten en planningen om kostenbeheersing en deadlines te waarborgen;
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en naleving van wettelijke en project specifieke eisen.

Wat breng jij mee

  • Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Rechten, Civiele Techniek of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied;
  • Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in contractmanagement bij grote infrastructurele projecten;
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte aanpak;
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bent ervaren in het samenwerken met diverse stakeholders;
  • Je hebt kennis van contractvormen zoals UAV, UAV-GC en andere relevante contractmodellen.
