Samen met onze HR-bussinespartner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het gehele HR-proces. Je kijkt en doet mee van on- tot offboarding. Je leert hoe je de behoefte aan ontwikkeling bij je collega’s omzet in de juiste trainingen en komt van alles te weten over arbeidsvoorwaarden en ziekteverzuim. Doordat de stage zo breed is opgezet, maak je kennis met alle facetten van HR. Zo ontdek je wat bij je past en waar jouw interesses liggen. Je krijgt bij ons de ruimte om je verder te verdiepen in de onderdelen die jij het meest interessant vindt.

Een greep uit de mogelijke opdrachten:

  • Een actieve bijdrage leveren aan de optimalisatie van het functiehuis en de bijbehorende werkzaamheden;
  • Meewerken aan ons vitaliteitsprogramma;
  • Training geven gerelateerd aan de gesprekkencyclus;
  • Het organiseren en coördineren van een training ‘werkhouding & tilinstructies’en PMO (Periodiek Medisch Onderzoek);
  • Opdrachten die relevant zijn voor jouw opleiding.

Wat je van ons krijgt

  • Je volgt een hbo-opleiding Human Resource Management en bent op zoek naar een meewerkstage;
  • Je beheert de Nederlandse taal zowel in spraak als schriftelijk op goed niveau en Fries is een bonus;
  • Je neemt initiatief, bent nieuwsgierig en durft vragen te stellen;
  • Je hebt interesse in de verschillende facetten van HR, van in-, door- en uitstroom tot leren en ontwikkelen;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en maakt gemakkelijk contact met collega's op verschillende niveaus;
  • Je bent proactief, zelfstandig en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen binnen HR-processen.
  • Je ontvangt een stagevergoeding van €600,- bruto per 4 weken. Omgerekend is dat €650,- bruto per maand bij een fulltime stage;
  • Een stageplek waar je écht meedraait. Geen koffie halen, maar samen met je enthousiaste team bijdragen aan projecten die zichtbaar impact hebben;
  • Goede begeleiding. Je vaste stagebegeleider leert je de kneepjes van het vak;
  • Ruimte om te leren en te groeien. We helpen je ontwikkelen, zowel inhoudelijk als persoonlijk;
  • Kans op een vervolg binnen de organisatie. Veel stagiairs blijven voor een afstudeeropdracht of starten later als junior;
  • De eerste twee weken mag je gelijk meekijken of -doen in ons productiebedrijf, zodat je leert over onze producten, processen en collega’s
