Als stagiair Integrale Veiligheidskunde student bij Haitsma Beton in Kootstertille werk je in een dynamische productieomgeving waar veiligheid elke dag centraal staat. Haitsma Beton is gespecialiseerd in het produceren van prefab betonnen elementen voor bruggen, viaducten, stadions en parkeergarages en produceert daarnaast heipalen in verschillende maten.

Tijdens deze stage draag je actief bij aan het verbeteren van het veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie. Je werkt samen met de HSE-afdeling aan het voorkomen van ongevallen en het waarborgen van de gezondheid en veiligheid van medewerkers. Hier mag jij tijdens je stage aan bijdragen. Je kan aan de slag gaan met uiteenlopende thema’s zoals brandveiligheid, gevaarlijke stoffen, ongevallen, geluid en temperatuur. Daarnaast is er volop ruimte om je opdracht af te stemmen op jouw persoonlijke interesses.

Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden:

  • Meewerken aan het verbeteren van het veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie
  • Ondersteunen bij diverse veiligheidsvraagstukken
  • Analyseren van ongevallen en bijdragen aan preventiemaatregelen
  • Aan de slag met thema’s zoals brandveiligheid, gevaarlijke stoffen en arbeidsomstandigheden
  • Uitvoeren van een eigen project afgestemd op jouw interesses.

“Als stagiair Integrale Veiligheidskunde bij Haitsma Beton werk je in een dynamische productieomgeving waar veiligheid elke dag centraal staat. Je wordt begeleid door de afdeling HSE, die zich inzet voor een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving en je actief betrekt bij uiteenlopende veiligheidsvraagstukken. Tijdens je stage krijg je de kans om mee te denken over onderwerpen zoals brandveiligheid, gevaarlijke stoffen, ongevallen en het algemene veiligheidsbeleid. Tijdens mijn afstudeerstage heb ik zelf gewerkt aan de veilige inrichting van het nieuw aangeschafte terrein, waarbij mijn inzichten direct hebben bijgedragen aan nieuwe procedures en maatregelen. Je wordt bij veel processen betrokken en krijgt volop ruimte om mee te denken, vragen te stellen en je hoeft niet bang te zijn dat je alleen maar achter je bureau zit.”

Wat breng jij mee

  • Je volgt een hbo-opleiding Integrale Veiligheidskunde en bent op zoek naar een meewerk- of afstudeerstage;
  • Je beheert de Nederlandse taal zowel in spraak als schriftelijk op goed niveau en Fries is een bonus;
  • Je neemt initiatief, bent nieuwsgierig en durft vragen te stellen;
  • Je hebt interesse in veiligheid, gezondheid en arbeidsomstandigheden binnen een productieomgeving;
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en kunt veiligheidsvraagstukken gestructureerd aanpakken;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor risico’s en verbeterkansen;
  • Je vindt het leuk om medewerkers te informeren, te adviseren en bewustwording rondom veiligheid te vergroten.

Wat je van ons krijgt

  • Je ontvangt een stagevergoeding van €600,- bruto per 4 weken. Omgerekend is dat €650,- bruto per maand bij een fulltime stage;
