Wat ga je doen

Als Projectorganisator Bouw bij Hurks in Eindhoven ben je verantwoordelijk voor de optimale voorbereiding, organisatie en inrichting van bouwprojecten. Je stelt bouwplaatsinrichtingen, planningen en kostenramingen op en bewaakt deze gedurende het proces. Met jouw bouwkundige kennis, organisatorisch vermogen en enthousiasme neem je collega’s mee in jouw aanpak en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan succesvolle projecten.

Je hebt een veelzijdige rol waarin je elke dag het verschil maakt:

  • Je brengt projectrisico’s scherp in kaart en vertaalt deze naar slimme en efficiënte bouwplaatsinrichtingen;
  • Je werkt binnen integrale projectteams aan tenders en bouwteamprojecten en bepaalt samen met collega’s de optimale bouwmethodiek en uitvoeringsstrategie;
  • Je stelt bouwplanningen, bouwplaatsinrichtingen en kostenramingen op, zowel zelfstandig als samen met collega’s;
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de bouwplaats om praktijkervaring op te doen en lessen mee te nemen naar toekomstige projecten;
  • Je onderhoudt intensief contact met onze materieeldienst en diverse leveranciers om op de hoogte te blijven van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen op het gebied van materieel en bouwlogistiek;
  • Je bent voor gemeenten en externe partijen het eerste aanspreekpunt voor BLVC-plannen;
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen van Hurks en denkt mee over innovatieve oplossingen, waaronder de verdere ontwikkeling van de Groene Bouwplaats.

Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij de voorbereiding van complexe en uitdagende bouwprojecten, zoals kantoren, woningbouwprojecten, appartementencomplexen en ziekenhuizen. Je werkt veelal in bouwteamverband, waarbij samenwerking, eigen initiatief, duurzaamheid en veiligheid centraal staan. Ook speel je een rol bij innovaties binnen de bouw, zoals nieuwe materieeltoepassingen en technologische ontwikkelingen, waaronder de inzet van een metselrobot.

Wat breng jij mee

  • HBO of WO opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting Bouwkunde;
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen de bouwsector;
  • Sterke samenwerkingsvaardigheden en een gestructureerde werkwijze;
  • Ervaring met software en systemen zoals AutoCAD, planningsprogramma’s en Excel;
  • Technische kennis van bouwprocessen en uitvoering;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

Wat je van ons krijgt

  • Salaris van € 5.170- tot € 6.553,- bruto per 4 weken (€ 5.600- tot € 7.100,- bruto per maand) op basis van een fulltime dienstverband;
  • Je krijgt naast je salaris een vast bedrag voor duurzame inzetbaarheid die eraan bijdraagt om gezond te blijven (2,3% volgens cao Bouw & Infra);
  • 43 vrije dagen volgens de cao Bouw & Infra. Van deze dagen worden er 13 uitbetaald in je individuele budget, je kunt ervoor kiezen om deze dagen terug te kopen;
  • Je kunt kiezen tussen een elektrische leaseauto of het gebruik van je eigen auto, waarbij je een vaste vergoeding en een kilometervergoeding ontvangt;
  • Mogelijkheid om tot 40 % van de werktijd thuis te werken;
  • Jouw ontwikkeling doet ertoe. Met Grow, ons leer- en ontwikkelplatform, krijg je alle ruimte om te werken aan je persoonlijke en professionele ambities;
  • Veel afwisseling en vrijheid in je functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid en zelfstandigheid;
  • Werken aan uitdagende en afwisselende bouwprojecten;
  • 1 week verplichte bouwvakvakantie, overige vrije dagen kunnen met uitzondering van de vastgestelde landelijke feestdagen vrij worden ingepland;
  • Je kunt deelnemen aan diverse (sport) activiteiten en initiatieven, zoals zomerevents, padel toernooien, het Young Professionals-programma voor jouw ontwikkeling en Hurks Helpt, een initiatief waarmee je de kans krijgt om naast je werk iets terug te doen voor de maatschappij.
