Vind jij het leuk om betrokken te zijn bij de prijsvormingsfase en ben jij dé kostenspecialist voor onze toffe bouwprojecten?

Als Calculator bij Ballast Nedam West speel jij de hoofdrol als het gaat om de prijsvorming van het bouwproject. Of het nu een project is in bouwteam, een aanbesteding of een eigen ontwikkeling, jij verzorgt het juiste kostenadvies. Je houdt rekening met alle benodigde aspecten om tot de meest passende begroting te komen en stemt dit af met onderaannemers en leveranciers. Uiteindelijk bied jij een scherpe en realistische prijs aan en neemt hierin de lead zowel intern als extern. Jij bent tenslotte de kostenexpert!

In jouw veelzijdige functie sta je in contact met betrokken partijen, denk hierbij aan de architect, de constructeur, de leveranciers en de opdrachtgever. Je vindt het leuk om informatie zowel op te halen als te delen én initiatieven te tonen in het gehele calculatieproces. Je bent een starter en een afmaker. Daarnaast hou je ook relevante prijsontwikkelingen bij en draagt alternatieven aan voor het optimaliseren van de aanbieding.

Bij ons werk je in een fijn calculatieteam met 7 enthousiaste collega’s, inclusief leidinggevende. Er is ruimte om ideeën te delen of om met collega’s te brainstormen over een specifiek aspect waar je hulp bij nodig hebt. Werk je liever een keer in een rustige (thuis)omgeving dan kan dit ook. Naast het werk wordt er ook regelmatig een leuke activiteit georganiseerd waar je deelgenoot van kan zijn. We werken niet alleen als team, maar investeren hier ook in!

Wat breng jij mee

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau, een afgeronde opleiding richting Bouwkunde;
  • Bij voorkeur heb je minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als calculator en/of kostendeskundige bij een bouwbedrijf, bouwkostenadviesbureau of vergelijkbaar;
  • Goede vaardigheid met Excel en je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van Ibis en Bluebeam;
  • Je bent veerkrachtig, stressbestendig, accuraat en past je gemakkelijk aan in je denkwijze en acties. Je gaat de uitdaging aan!
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, cijfermatig sterk, communicatief vaardig en toont verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen werk;
  • Minimaal 32 uur tijd om te werken per week. Ben je fulltime beschikbaar? Ook prima!

Wat je van ons krijgt

  • Salaris van € 6.000,- tot € 7.200,- bruto per 4 weken (€ 6.500.- tot € 7.800,- bruto per maand), op basis van een fulltime dienstverband;
  • Direct een contract voor onbepaalde tijd;
  • Je krijgt naast je salaris een vast bedrag voor duurzame inzetbaarheid, dat eraan bijdraagt om gezond te blijven (2,3% volgens cao Bouw & Infra);
  • 43 vrije dagen volgens de cao Bouw & Infra. Van deze dagen worden er 13 uitbetaald in je individuele budget, je kunt ervoor kiezen om deze dagen terug te kopen;
  • Een sterk pakket secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een standaardverzekering van alle werknemersrisico's, pensioenregelingen, een extra aanvulling bij arbeidsongeschiktheid;
  • Een laptop en een smartphone;
  • Je kunt kiezen tussen een elektrische leaseauto of het gebruik van je eigen auto, waarbij je een vaste vergoeding en een kilometervergoeding ontvangt.
