Als Corporate Recruiter bij Hurks ben je veel meer dan alleen verantwoordelijk voor het invullen van vacatures. Jij bouwt mee aan de toekomst van onze organisatie. Met jouw kennis van de arbeidsmarkt, gevoel voor mensen en ondernemende instelling weet je talent aan Hurks te verbinden.

Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor managers en collega’s. Samen kijken jullie vooruit: welke mensen hebben we nodig, waar liggen kansen en hoe zorgen we ervoor dat we ook morgen beschikken over de juiste vakmensen? Daarbij neem je eigenaarschap over het volledige recruitmentproces. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende vacatures binnen onze organisatie. Van professionals op de bouwplaats tot specialisten op het gebied van werkvoorbereiding, projectleiding en planontwikkeling. Je zoekt actief naar talent, bouwt duurzame relaties op en zorgt ervoor dat potentiële collega's Hurks leren kennen als een organisatie waar mensen graag willen werken. Daarnaast denk je mee over hoe we recruitment iedere dag een stukje beter kunnen maken. Of het nu gaat om employer branding, referral recruitment, arbeidsmarktcommunicatie of het verbeteren van processen: jouw ideeën en initiatief worden gewaardeerd.

Je maakt onderdeel uit van een recruitmentteam van tien collega’s, verdeeld over verschillende businessunits en locaties. Een team waarin we kennis delen, elkaar helpen en successen samen vieren. We werken hard, maar verliezen daarbij nooit het plezier uit het oog. Want samen kom je verder. Je standplaats is Eindhoven. Daarnaast ontmoeten we elkaar elke week op ons hoofkantoor in Utrecht.

Wat breng jij mee

  • Je beschikt over een hbo‑opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van techniek of HRM;
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Corporate Recruiter binnen de bouwbranche, bij voorkeur aangevuld met bureau‑ervaring;
  • Sterk organisatievermogen: overzicht houden, plannen, prioriteren en processen bewaken;
  • Eigenaarschap: je neemt de regie, stuurt bij waar nodig en durft keuzes te maken;
  • Beschikbaar voor 24-32 uur;
  • Een proactieve werkhouding en heldere communicatie in stakeholdermanagement binnen een complexe organisatie;
  • Actuele kennis van de arbeidsmarkt en het vermogen om talent te vinden, enthousiasmeren en binden.
