  • Jij bent onmisbaar bij de uitvoering van onze specialistische projecten . Dagelijk ben je in de weer met groot materieel op bijzondere projecten op, naast en met het water. Niet voor niets heten wij Ballast Nedam Specialistisch Grondverzet. Dat betekent dat je aan bijzondere projecten werkt die elk hun eigen uitdaging hebben zoals:
  • Nat te ontgraven bouwkuipen, inclusief duikwerk en onderwaterbeton;
  • Baggerwerkzaamheden;
  • Waterbouwkundige werkzaamheden.

Jouw werkzaamheden op deze projecten bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Veilig aanslaan van lasten
  • Begeleiden van graafwerkzaamheden & grondtransporten
  • Onderhouden van hulpmaterieel
  • Aanbrengen van leidingen en pompen en het onderhouden ervan
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles & peilingen

  • houdt van afwisselend werk op afwisselende locaties;
  • bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B;

Wat je van ons krijgt

  • Salaris van € 2.950,- tot € 3.900,- bruto per 4 weken (€ 3.200,- € 4.200, bruto per maand) op basis van een fulltime dienstverband);
  • Je krijgt naast je salaris een vast bedrag voor duurzame inzetbaarheid, dat eraan bijdraagt om gezond te blijven (2,3% volgens cao Bouw & Infra);
  • 43 vrije dagen volgens de cao Bouw & Infra. Van deze dagen worden er 13 uitbetaald in je individuele budget, je kunt ervoor kiezen om deze dagen terug te kopen;
  • Een sterk pakket secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een standaardverzekering van alle werknemersrisico's, pensioenregelingen, een extra aanvulling bij arbeidsongeschiktheid.
