1、授权服务中心规划与落地：参与区域授权服务中心的网络规划、选商评估、商务治谈与落地实施，搭建要盖合理、能力达标的区域服务网络，为用户提供本地化、高效率的售后服务保障。 2、服务商运营管理：负责服务商服务质量的日常运营，包括服务流程设计、服务工单闭环跟进、服务资源计划及调度、服务异常处理及服务稽核与风险防控，提升用户端体验。 3、数据运营与专项推进：独立承接服务运营专项，如渠道客户差异化服务策略、服务商质量管理、服务满意度提升、增值服务拓展等，输出数据复盘报告并推动改善落地。 4、服务流程优化：基于日常运营数据分析，识别服务流程中的堵点、断点与风险点，输出优化建议与改善方案，联动相关团队推动落地，持续提升服务效率、成本与质量表现。 5、培训与赋能支持：结合运营数据与服务商画像，策划并组织针对性政策宣导、服务流程培训与典型案例分享，赋能一线服务商与工程师，提升区域整体服务能力与一致性。

1、本科及以上学历，有3年及以上家电或消费电子等行业售后服务运营经验，熟悉代理商／服务商运营模式，具备成熟的数据分析与运营思维； 2、英文听说读写能力优秀，可作为工作语言； 3、具备独立负责专项工作的能力，能通过数据定位问题并提出改进方案，推动落地； 4、具备良好的文档撰写及沟通表达能力，能独立输出运营报告、SOP及考核方案； 5、具备较强的问题判断与跨部门协调能力，能够应对紧急或批量事件；
