Wij zijn op zoek naar een ondernemende Senior Strategy & Growth Consultant die een belangrijke rol speelt in de verdere groei van onze Microsoft-practice in Nederland. In deze rol combineer je inhoudelijke consultancy met business development en accountontwikkeling. Je helpt klanten bij hun digitale transformatie én draagt actief bij aan de groei van onze Microsoft-dienstverlening.

Jouw rol

Microsoft is een belangrijke groeipijler binnen BearingPoint Nederland. Vanuit onze expertise in strategie, transformatie, Data & AI en technologieconsulting helpen wij organisaties om meer waarde uit het Microsoft-ecosysteem te halen.

Als Senior Strategy & Growth Consultant werk je op het snijvlak van consulting en commercie. Je bent actief betrokken bij klantopdrachten, bouwt relaties op met stakeholders en helpt nieuwe kansen te ontwikkelen binnen bestaande en nieuwe klanten.

Je ondersteunt organisaties bij vraagstukken rondom Azure, Data & AI, Copilot en digitale transformatie, terwijl je tegelijkertijd bijdraagt aan proposities, commerciële trajecten en de verdere positionering van BearingPoint in de markt.

Jouw toekomstige taken

Consulting & Delivery

  • Adviseren van klanten rondom Microsoft Data & AI, Azure en Copilot
  • Actief bijdragen aan transformatieprogramma's en klantopdrachten
  • Fungeren als trusted advisor voor management- en directieniveau
  • Ontwikkelen van roadmaps en business cases voor digitale transformatie

Business Development & Groei

  • Signaleren en ontwikkelen van kansen bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten
  • Bijdragen aan voorstellen, pitches en commerciële trajecten
  • Uitbouwen van klantrelaties en accountontwikkeling
  • Identificeren van cross-sell en upsell mogelijkheden binnen het BearingPoint-portfolio

Marktontwikkeling

  • Bijdragen aan proposities rondom Data & AI, Azure, Fabric en Copilot
  • Vertegenwoordigen van BearingPoint tijdens events en klantbijeenkomsten
  • Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en vertalen naar nieuwe dienstverlening

Jouw profiel

  • Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring binnen consulting, technologie of digitale transformatie
  • Ervaring met Microsoft-technologieën zoals Azure, Data & AI, Copilot, Fabric of Business Applications
  • Ervaring met business development en klantontwikkeling
  • Sterke stakeholdermanagement- en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Ondernemende en commerciële mindset
  • In staat om consultancy en commerciële verantwoordelijkheid succesvol te combineren
