Jouw toekomstige taken

Als (Senior) Consultant Business Implementation help je organisaties bij het realiseren van IT‑gedreven veranderingen. Je vertaalt businessbehoeften naar werkende oplossingen en begeleidt klanten gedurende het volledige implementatieproces – van ontwerp tot adoptie.

Je fungeert als de verbindende schakel tussen business en IT en zorgt ervoor dat digitale oplossingen niet alleen technisch werken, maar ook daadwerkelijk waarde opleveren voor de organisatie.

Design en oplossingsdefinitie Je leidt en faciliteert workshops met stakeholders om bedrijfsprocessen, requirements en oplossingsrichtingen scherp te krijgen. Je vertaalt deze naar concrete functionele ontwerpen en oplossingskeuzes.

Configuratie en implementatie Je configureert en optimaliseert digitale oplossingen (zoals ERP, CRM, MES of PLM) zodat deze aansluiten op de bedrijfsprocessen van de klant.

Requirements en user stories Je verzamelt aanvullende (delta) requirements en vertaalt deze naar heldere user stories en specificaties voor developmentteams.

Testen en validatie Je begeleidt klanten tijdens testfases, valideert de werking van oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat deze voldoen aan de gestelde eisen en verwachtingen.

Adoptie en training Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van trainingen en zorgt voor een soepele onboarding van eindgebruikers, zodat nieuwe systemen succesvol worden geadopteerd.

Samenwerking en delivery Je stemt af met integratie‑ en datamigratieleads en werkt nauw samen met technische teams om de end‑to‑end oplevering succesvol te realiseren.

Jouw profiel

Opleiding Je hebt een afgeronde masteropleiding in bijvoorbeeld Business Informatiesystemen, ICT & Business, Technology Management, Informatica of een vergelijkbare richting.

Ervaring Je hebt 3–6 jaar ervaring met het implementeren van applicaties, zoals ERP, CRM, MES of PLM, en bent betrokken geweest bij end‑to‑end implementatietrajecten.

Business en IT‑affiniteit Je hebt een sterke interesse in hoe IT‑oplossingen bijdragen aan bedrijfsdoelen en prestaties, en beschikt over kennis van IT‑strategie, enterprise‑architectuur of informatiemanagement.

Analytische vaardigheden Je beschikt over sterke analytische en conceptuele denkvaardigheden en bent in staat complexe vraagstukken te structureren en op te lossen.

Persoonlijkheid en consultancyvaardigheden Je hebt een resultaatgerichte mindset, bent proactief en weet effectief om te gaan met uitdagende klantomgevingen en verandertrajecten.

Communicatie Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
