Grâce à tes analyses actuarielles et ta rigueur professionnelle, tu contribues à une tarification juste, à une meilleure compréhension des risques et à la performance durable de nos portefeuilles à l’Assurance des entreprises. Dans ce rôle, tu participes à des projets multidisciplinaires en tarification automobile ou habitation pour le marché du Québec. Tu collabores avec plusieurs secteurs de l’entreprise dans une ambiance conviviale et stimulante où tu accrois tes connaissances et tu développes tes compétences tout en participant à l’évolution de Beneva.

Ta contribution à l’équipe

  • Produire des analyses actuarielles de base afin de soutenir la tarification, incluant l’analyse de l’expérience de sinistres, des primes et des ratios de performance.
  • Préparer, nettoyer et valider les données utilisées dans les analyses (extraction, contrôle de qualité, mise en forme), en collaboration avec les équipes TI et données.
  • Contribuer au développement et à la mise à jour des modèles de tarification en appliquant les méthodologies actuarielles établies.
  • Supporter le suivi de la performance des portefeuilles, en produisant des rapports réguliers et en mettant à jour les indicateurs clés (indice de perte, tendances, segmentation).
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de souscription et autres partenaires, en répondant à des demandes d’analyse et en appuyant la prise de décision opérationnelle.
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus et des capacités analytiques, notamment en contribuant à l’évolution des solutions actuarielle, de l’extraction des données jusqu’à la modélisation.

Ce qui te permet de réussir

  • Baccalauréat en actuariat
  • 4 années d’expérience pertinente en Assurance de dommages
  • Progression active vers le titre AICA ou FICA
  • Bonne connaissance des logiciels R, SAS et de la suite Office
  • Maitrise de la langue française tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ainsi qu’une maitrise intermédiaire de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise.
