En supportant la Directrice, Optimisation des Solutions d’assurance collective, Numérique, Finances et soins de santé, tu mets ton expertise à contribution!

En tant que Directeur(trice) adjoint(e) – Optimisation des solutions d’assurance collective – Finances et soins de santé tu es responsable de mettre en place des pratiques de gestion et de communication qui favorisent la gestion du changement, l’attraction et la rétention des talents, le développement des compétences, la mobilisation ainsi que la diversité, en cohérence avec les valeurs et les orientations de l’entreprise.

Tu soutiens ta directrice dans les différents mandats qui lui sont confiés. Tu développes une relation d’affaires fondée sur la confiance et le respect mutuel avec les représentants des différentes lignes d’affaires.

Dans le cadre de tes fonctions, tu assures la stabilité des systèmes sous ta responsabilité. À ce titre, tu t’assures que les solutions répondent aux besoins actuels et futurs de l’organisation, tout en respectant le niveau de qualité attendu par tes partenaires d’affaires.

Tu es reconnu comme un leader dans un contexte de transformation organisationnelle où le changement des pratiques de livraison est en cours de déploiement.

Tu contribues à l’équipe :

  • Gérer, doter, mobiliser et développer les talents de son équipe
  • Appuyer ses ressources dans la définition de leur plan de carrière
  • Définir, compiler et communiquer sur une base régulière les indicateurs de performance de sa direction adjointe
  • Déployer, suivre et mettre en place les plans d’actions nécessaire à l’atteinte des indicateurs de performance auprès de son équipe
  • Mettre en place les outils nécessaires pour assurer une gestion efficiente et proactive de la capacité
  • Déployer de façon optimale l’Agilité auprès de sa direction adjointe
  • Participer aux mêlées journalières de ses équipes produit afin d’appuyer les ressources au besoin
  • Veiller au déploiement et respect des normes et standards émis par les directions transversales et les centres d’excellence
  • Adresser de façon juste et équitable la performance et la non-performance de ses employés
  • Contribuer à la culture d’innovation, entre autres l’intelligence artificielle, et d’amélioration continue de la direction
  • Participer activement aux comités de gestion

Ce qui te permet de réussir :

  • Baccalauréat en informatique ou dans un domaine pertinent. Maîtrise un atout
  • Cinq (5) ans d’expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l’information
  • deux (2) ans en gestion d’équipe
  • Être capable de remettre en question les façons de faire en lien avec le sens du changement souhaité et être en mesure de clarifier et simplifier les processus de travail de ses employés.
  • Maîtriser la langue française et posséder une très bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, dû à la nature des tâches, les interactions avec les collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones ainsi que la croissance de l’entreprise à l’extérieur du Québec.
