Chaque interaction avec un client est une occasion de renforcer sa confiance envers Beneva. Par ton écoute, ton efficacité et la qualité de tes conseils, tu contribues à offrir une expérience distinctive tout en assurant le bon traitement des demandes liées aux produits et services de notre ligne d’affaires.

Ta contribution à l’équipe

  • Répondre aux appels des clients et comprendre leurs besoins afin de leur fournir des renseignements clairs et adaptés.
  • Accompagner les clients dans leurs démarches en expliquant les produits, les services, les procédures et les différentes options qui s’offrent à eux.
  • Traiter les demandes pouvant être résolues immédiatement et acheminer les dossiers plus complexes aux équipes concernées.
  • Assurer la protection des renseignements personnels en validant l’identité des personnes autorisées.
  • Effectuer les activités administratives requises dans les différents systèmes informatiques.
  • Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de performance et de qualité de l’équipe.
  • Identifier les occasions de référencement et promouvoir les produits et services de Beneva lorsque la situation s’y prête.
  • Participer aux efforts de conservation des affaires en proposant des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients.
  • Rédiger les communications écrites destinées aux clients lorsque requis.
  • Réaliser des sondages téléphoniques au besoin.

Ce qui te permet de réussir

  • Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales en techniques administratives, en assurance ou toute autre formation jugée équivalente.
  • Posséder au moins une année d’expérience pertinente en service à la clientèle.
  • Maîtriser la langue française et posséder une très bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, dû à la nature des tâches, les interactions avec les collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones ainsi que la croissance de l’entreprise à l’extérieur du Québec. Les personnes retenues devront réussir un test d’évaluation linguistique.
