Pourquoi ce poste est important

En tant que technicien(-ne) en soutien et gestion de dossiers d'invalidité totale et prolongée, tu joues un rôle clé auprès d'adhérents vivant des situations complexes ayant des impacts sur leur capacité à réintégrer le marché du travail. Tu assures la gestion de leurs dossiers, les accompagnes dans l'intégration des rentes admissibles auprès des différents régimes d'invalidité et de retraite et contribues à leur offrir une expérience simple, humaine et adaptée à leur réalité.

Ta contribution à l'équipe

  • Identifier les besoins de l’adhérent en termes et l’informer des ressources disponibles à même le régime d’assurance collective ou autres ressources pertinentes. Au besoin, référer les situations où un plan d’intervention doit être mis en place
  • Accompagner l’adhérent afin d’effectuer l’arrimage avec les autres produits détenus dans le régime d’assurance collective ou autres produits chez Beneva selon les procédures de travail selon le cadre de ses responsabilités
  • Effectuer l’analyse de tous les renseignements pertinents à la détermination des obligations de Beneva : dispositions contractuelles, ententes de service, preuves médicales, facteurs non médicaux, programmes gouvernementaux, législation, politiques et procédures internes
  • Assurer le service à la clientèle et effectuer la gestion des dossiers d’invalidité totale et prolongée en conformité avec les dispositions contractuelles et les procédures de travail
  • Communiquer avec le médecin traitant et les établissements de santé pour obtenir les renseignements médicaux nécessaires pour documenter la condition médicale et procéder à une évaluation indépendante pour mieux documenter la condition
  • Évaluer si l’adhérent reçoit ou pourrait être admissible à recevoir des prestations auprès de Retraite Québec, le Régime de pensions du Canada ou autre régime et soutenir les adhérents dans la préparation de leur demande
  • Identifier et analyser les demandes qui, selon son expertise, devraient être transférées à un conseiller compte tenu de la complexité des divers aspects et conseiller les gestionnaires quant au transfert desdits dossiers
  • Identifier toute anomalie procédurale, administrative et contractuelle au niveau de la gestion des dossiers sous sa responsabilité et soumettre des solutions au directeur adjoint et participer à la mise en place de tout changement qui pourrait influencer le modèle d’affaires utilisé avec les clients et partenaires pour le secteur concerné

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC)
  • Minimum deux (2) ans d’expérience en gestion de dossiers d’invalidité
