Comme Conseiller(-ère) évolution des pratiques et soutien aux ventes, vous réalisez, coordonnez et assurez le suivi des initiatives et des projets sous votre responsabilité. Vous agissez à titre de responsable d’initiative et d’expert de contenu pour les différents secteurs d’affaires de L’Unique Assurances générales. Vous représentez la Vice-présidence Courtage - L’Unique dans l’identification et la mise en œuvre de solutions d’affaires.

Vous êtes un joueur clé au sein du Train ou des projets de L’Unique ainsi qu'à l’atteinte des objectifs d’affaires en matière de qualité, de performance et d’expérience partenaire. C'est ici que votre expertise fait une différence.

Votre contribution à l’équipe

  • Agir comme personne-ressource au sein des projets de L’Unique impliquant plusieurs systèmes, et assumer les responsabilités qui en découlent (rédaction des besoins, priorisation des histoires, raffinement, essais utilisateurs, etc.)
  • Participer à l’analyse et à l’identification de solutions d’affaires, à la priorisation et à l’implantation de divers projets/initiatives touchant la distribution par courtage.
  • Identifier et recommander des pistes d’améliorations des processus et des outils de la Vice-présidence, dans le but de faciliter le travail et d’améliorer la performance opérationnelle.
  • Analyser, rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation servant de référence aux équipes opérationnelles.
  • Représenter la réalité opérationnelle et les considérations d’affaires de la distribution par courtage au sein des équipes et des groupes de travail.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de qualité, de performance et de gestion afin de tenir compte des différents enjeux du secteur d’affaires.
  • Contribuer, en collaboration avec les équipes de formation et de gestion de changement à la création et à la validation du contenu destiné aux équipes opérationnelles.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Product Manager, Product Owner, analyste d’affaires et experts de contenus des autres secteurs pour assurer la réalisation des projets de L’Unique.

Ce qui vous permet de réussir

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales en assurances ou formation universitaire dans un domaine pertinent ou le titre de Professionnel d’Assurance Agréé (PAA).
  • Minimum 3 à 5 années d’expérience en assurance de dommages, plus particulièrement dans le soutien au développement des affaires pour un réseau de courtage d’envergure.
  • Connaître les outils de gestion de relation partenaires CRM.
  • Expérience comme Product Owner (PO), analyste d’affaires, expert de contenu, en gestion de projet ou toute autre combinaison d’expériences pertinente en contexte de projets d’affaires d’envergure ou de transformation.
  • Connaissance des différents domaines d’affaires liés au secteur de l’assurance.
  • Bonne maîtrise du domaine des technologies de l’information et une bonne maîtrise les concepts d’agilité.
