Responsável por prestar suporte técnico às operações da empresa, atuando na preparação, configuração, monitoramento e sustentação da infraestrutura tecnológica utilizada em eventos. Realiza atividades relacionadas à conectividade, redes, equipamentos e sistemas, garantindo a disponibilidade e o correto funcionamento dos recursos tecnológicos, bem como o atendimento e a resolução de incidentes durante todas as etapas operacionais.

  • Atuar no suporte técnico das operações da empresa voltadas a eventos, garantindo o funcionamento adequado dos sistemas, equipamentos e infraestrutura de tecnologia.
  • Realizar homologação de equipamentos, sistemas e componentes de rede antes da utilização em eventos, assegurando compatibilidade, estabilidade e desempenho.
  • Planejar, organizar e configurar redes locais, endereçamento IP, comunicação entre dispositivos e conectividade necessária para a operação dos eventos.
  • Executar instalação, configuração e testes de equipamentos de rede, estações de trabalho, periféricos e demais recursos tecnológicos envolvidos nas operações.
  • Acompanhar a montagem técnica dos ambientes, validando a infraestrutura de rede e os requisitos necessários para a operação.
  • Monitorar o funcionamento da rede, conexões, serviços e equipamentos durante os eventos, identificando e atuando rapidamente em falhas ou degradações.
  • Prestar suporte técnico presencial e/ou remoto aos usuários e equipes operacionais durante todas as etapas do evento.
  • Atuar na análise e resolução de incidentes relacionados a conectividade, endereçamento IP, acesso a sistemas, comunicação entre equipamentos e infraestrutura de TI.
  • Administrar e prestar suporte básico/intermediário a servidores Linux utilizados nas operações, garantindo disponibilidade dos serviços e apoio à troubleshooting.
  • Configurar, validar e acompanhar conexões VPN, assegurando comunicação segura e estável entre ambientes, sistemas e estruturas remotas.
  • Apoiar a padronização de ambientes técnicos, documentando configurações, inventários, topologias, faixas de IP e procedimentos operacionais.
  • Registrar atendimentos, ocorrências, falhas, ações corretivas e evidências técnicas, mantendo histórico atualizado das operações.
  • Interagir com áreas como projetos, operações, suporte, infraestrutura e desenvolvimento para alinhamento técnico e resolução de demandas.
  • Contribuir para melhoria contínua dos processos de suporte, preparação técnica e operação de eventos.
