Analista de Suporte II

Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Suporte Pleno para atuar na sustentação de ambientes de TI, com foco na análise e resolução de incidentes e na sustentação de serviços.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Analisar e tratar incidentes de média complexidade, realizando diagnóstico e troubleshooting.
  • Atuar no acompanhamento de ambientes e monitorias, identificando anomalias e potenciais impactos aos serviços.
  • Investigar ocorrências, correlacionando evidências de aplicação, infraestrutura, logs e monitoramento quando disponíveis.
  • Executar procedimentos de recuperação e contingência conforme documentação e padrões definidos.
  • Realizar escalonamento estruturado para equipes de maior especialização, apresentando evidências e informações relevantes para a análise.
  • Atuar em conjunto com equipes N1, N3, projetos, infraestrutura, desenvolvimento e demais áreas envolvidas na solução dos incidentes.
  • Participar de tratativas de incidentes críticos e situações de crise, conforme acionamento da operação.
  • Contribuir para análises de causa, identificação de recorrências e elaboração de RCA/5 Whys.
  • Identificar oportunidades de automação, melhoria de monitoramento e redução de incidentes recorrentes.
  • Atualizar procedimentos e base de conhecimento a partir das soluções identificadas.
  • Acompanhar os chamados sob sua responsabilidade, garantindo evolução dentro dos SLAs estabelecidos.
  • Apoiar a evolução dos indicadores operacionais relacionados a incidentes, SLA, backlog e tempo de resolução.

O que buscamos

  • Formação em Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência em sustentação e suporte de ambientes de TI.
  • Conhecimento de gestão de incidentes e conceitos de ITIL.
  • Experiência com troubleshooting e análise de problemas.
  • Conhecimento de monitoramento de ambientes e análise de alertas.
  • Capacidade de interpretar evidências técnicas e estruturar diagnóstico.
  • Boa comunicação para interação com diferentes equipes técnicas e áreas de negócio.
  • Capacidade de atuar com autonomia e priorização em ambientes de operação crítica.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação em escala, conforme necessidade da operação.

  • Experiência em ambientes de alta disponibilidade.
  • Conhecimento em automação de atividades operacionais.
  • Vivência com análise de causa e tratamento de incidentes recorrentes.
