Omschrijving

Wij zijn voor het Rijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu (RIVM) op zoek naar een ervaren Verandermanager Informatievoorziening. Binnen het RIVM werk je aan een cruciale organisatorische opgave: het adviseren en ondersteunen van het interne programmateam dat de samenwerking tussen de directie Informatievoorziening en de inhoudelijke domeinen naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Om de geïdentificeerde patronen binnen de organisatie te doorbreken en effectief verandermanagement te realiseren, breng je externe kennis en praktijkervaring in van vergelijkbare complexe organisaties. Als Verandermanager kijk je met een frisse, onafhankelijke blik naar de huidige situatie en denk je actief mee over strategische veranderopties. Je opereert op het snijvlak van verandermanagement, advies en communicatie. Met jouw gezag en bestuurlijke sensitiviteit beweeg je je gemakkelijk in overlegstructuren zoals de Directieraad en het Managementteam (MT), waar je vraagstukken scherp adresseert en veranderingsprocessen succesvol begeleidt.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Het delen van inzichten en best practices uit vergelijkbare organisaties (overheid en bedrijfsleven) op het gebied van rollen, taken, verantwoordelijkheden en werkprocessen rondom de ontwikkeling en het beheer van informatievoorziening.
  • Adviseren over en actief bijdragen aan de uitwerking en uitvoering van een effectieve veranderaanpak om de vijf geïdentificeerde organisatiepatronen bij het RIVM te doorbreken.
  • Begeleiden en organiseren van bijeenkomsten en workshops, en het analyseren van de uitkomsten uit casussen, werksessies en gesprekken om concrete verbeteringen door te voeren.
  • Met overtuigingskracht en gezag presenteren in de Directieraad en MT’s, en aansluiten bij de specifieke problematiek en cultuur van het RIVM.
  • Actief ondersteunen van het RIVM-programmateam bij het optimaliseren van de ketensamenwerking en afstemming tussen de informatievoorziening en de inhoudelijke domeinen.

Wat vragen wij?

Eisen:

  • Je beschikt over aantoonbaar wo werk- en denkniveau, verkregen via een relevante afgeronde wo-opleiding
  • Je hebt minimaal tien jaar aantoonbare ervaring met verandermanagement binnen het domein informatievoorziening.

Aanvullende wensen:

  • Je beschikt over kennis van organisatie informatievoorziening in vergelijkbare organisaties.
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring met verandermanagement.
  • Je beschikt over kennis van eisen van informatievoorziening bij de overheid.
  • Je bent bekend met de cultuur van het RIVM.
