Mit über 80.000 Unternehmenskunden gehören wir zu den führenden Anbietern im Bereich Mitarbeiter-Benefits und gestalten mit Bikeleasing, Probonio und Bike2Future zukunftsfähige Arbeitswelten. Wir suchen einen engagierten Retail Area Manager (gn) für die Region Mitte, der unsere Fachhandelspartner weiterentwickelt, Arbeitgebernetzwerke aufbaut und Bikeleasing durch Events und Sales-Promotion-Maßnahmen vor Ort sichtbar macht. Dabei verbindest Du Vertriebsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und echtes Interesse an nachhaltiger Mobilität. Interesse? Dann freuen wir uns auf Deine Bewerbung!

  • Du betreust unsere Fachhandelspartner in Deiner Region und entwickelst bestehende Partnerschaften strategisch weiter
  • Du verbesserst Händlerperformance und Kundenerlebnisse durch passende Lösungen und regelmäßigen Austausch
  • Du baust Kontakte zu Arbeitgebenden und regionale Netzwerke auf und positionierst Bikeleasing, Probonio und Bike2Future als Multi-Benefit-Plattform
  • Du konzipierst, planst und koordinierst Events sowie Sales-Promotion-Maßnahmen und führst sie eigenverantwortlich durch
  • Deine Analyse von Marktpotenzialen, gepaart mit der strukturierten Dokumentation Deiner Aktivitäten im CRM, bringt wertvolles Feedback aus dem Markt ins Unternehmen

Deine Stärken

  • Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung im B2B Außendienst gesammelt und bringst ein Verständnis für den Umgang mit Partnern mit
  • Du baust Beziehungen zu Fachhandelspartnern und Entscheidenden auf Arbeitgeberseite schnell und nachhaltig auf
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Planung und Umsetzung von Events
  • Deine gute Vernetzung in der Region und die Bereitschaft zu regionalen Dienstreisen runden Dein Profil ab
  • Du kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch auf C2-Niveau; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Du interessierst Dich für nachhaltige Mobilität und kannst Deine Begeisterung für die Bikeleasing-Gruppe authentisch weitergeben
