Als Senior Software Developer (gn) übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle in dieser Entwicklung. Du bist nicht nur für die Umsetzung neuer Features verantwortlich, sondern trägst aktiv dazu bei, technische Engpässe abzubauen, bestehende Systeme zu modernisieren und die Delivery-Fähigkeit Deines Teams spürbar zu erhöhen.   • Du entwickelst und implementierst fachliche Capabilities in modernen Backend- und Frontend-Services, mit backend-lastigem Schwerpunkt
  • Für Delivery, Stabilität oder sichere Migrationen arbeitest Du gezielt auch an bestehenden Legacy-Systemen
  • Business-Anforderungen übersetzt Du in saubere technische Schnitte, Spezifikationen und robuste Implementierungen
  • Die Entwicklung der bestehenden Systeme durch Refactoring, Entkopplung und pragmatische Modernisierung im laufenden Betrieb liegen in Deiner Hand
  • Im engen Austausch mit Product Ownern, Tech Leads und Engineers klärst Du fachliche Regeln und technische Abhängigkeiten
  • Weniger erfahrene Engineers unterstützt Du durch Code Reviews, technisches Sparring und gelebte Engineering-Best-Practices

Deine Stärken

  • Du bringst eine mehrjährige Erfahrung (5+ Jahre) als Software Engineer mit
  • In modernen Backend-Technologien (z. B. Kotlin, TypeScript, Spring Boot oder vergleichbare Stacks) fühlst Du Dich sicher
  • Deine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeit in heterogenen Systemlandschaften, inklusive Legacy, ist eine Deiner Stärken
  • Unklare Anforderungen und implizite Business-Logik überführst Du in tragfähige technische Lösungen
  • APIs, Integrationsmuster, Datenmodelle und operative Auswirkungen technischer Entscheidungen sind Dir vertraut
  • Hohe Engineering-Hygiene zeichnen Dich aus: testbares Design, Code-Qualität, Wartbarkeit und Produktionsbewusstsein
  • AI-Tools nutzt Du souverän als Produktivitätshebel, ohne Verantwortung für Qualität und Korrektheit abzugeben
