Objetivo:

Soportar la toma de decisiones mediante el análisis del desempeño comercial-financiero, comunicando status y hallazgos mediante presentaciones ejecutivas.

Funciones:

  • Analizar información comercial, financiera y operativa para identificar tendencias, desviaciones, oportunidades y riesgos del negocio.
  • Diseñar, automatizar y dar mantenimiento a dashboards e indicadores de gestión en Power BI.
  • Administrar, transformar y consolidar datos provenientes de diferentes fuentes, garantizando su calidad, integridad y disponibilidad.
  • Elaborar análisis ad hoc y modelos de información que soporten la toma de decisiones de las distintas áreas de la organización.
  • Implementar soluciones de automatización mediante herramientas ETL y RPA para optimizar procesos y reducir actividades manuales.
  • Identificar oportunidades de generación de eficiencias mediante el uso de analítica avanzada y explotación de datos.
  • Coordinar con áreas comerciales, financieras y operativas para comprender necesidades de información y desarrollar soluciones analíticas de valor.
  • Identificar insights que impulsen mejoras en rentabilidad y generación de valor para el negocio
  • Participar en proyectos de transformación digital y mejora continua de procesos analíticos.
  • Preparar presentaciones ejecutivas y reportes de gestión, comunicando de manera clara el desempeño del negocio y los principales hallazgos.

Requisitos:

  • Titulado o bachiller de la carrera profesional de Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de dos años en administración de datos, deseable en consumo masivo.
  • Conocimiento de P&L y análisis comercial-financiero y KPIs de negocios.
  • Dominio de Excel, Power BI Avanzado, Extracción y Dominio Datos, Think Cell.
  • Conocimiento de ETL/RPA, Power Query, Power Pivot, Python.
