Sub Gerente de Revenue Growth Management

Objetivo del Puesto:

Liderar la estrategia de crecimiento rentable de la empresa mediante la optimización de las variables de Revenue Growth Management., segurando la alineación con los objetivos financieros y la visión de mercado de la compañía.

Funciones

  1. Maximizar el Net Revenue y el margen de contribución a través del diseño y ejecución táctica de arquitecturas de precios, mejora de la eficiencia promocional, optimización del mix de portafolio y gestión estratégica del Trade Spend,
  2. Diseñar y liderar la arquitectura de precios (Price-Pack Architecture) a nivel nacional y canal de ventas, basados en insights de mercado y comportamiento del consumidor.
  3. Proponer, ejecutar y supervisar planes de acción sobre las principales palancas de RGM: Pricing, Promociones, Assortment/Mix y Trade Spend.
  4. Evaluar la eficiencia de la inversión comercial, garantizando que el gasto promocional genere un ROI positivo, crecimiento incremental de ingresos y una asignación óptima de recursos.

Requisitos

  1. Formación profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Administración o Finanzas.
  2. Deseable contar certificaciones avanzadas en Business Analytics, Data Science o Revenue Management.
  3. Experiencia no menor de 5 años en posiciones de Planeamiento Financiero, Inteligencia Comercial o Finanzas Comerciales en el sector de Consumo Masivo.
  4. Experiencia no menor de 3 años liderando equipos o procesos transversales de RGM.
  5. Conocimientos de Excel avanzado (modelación financiera),
  6. Conocimientos de Power BI o Tableau a nivel intermedio.
  7. Conocimientos de SQL para extracción de datos a nivel intermedio.
  8. Conocimientos de P&L (Estado de Resultados), margen de contribución y gestión de presupuestos comerciales a nivel avanzado.
