Supervisor de Marketing

¿Qué lograrás en esta posición?

Como Supervisor de Marketing, serás protagonista en la construcción y crecimiento de nuestras marcas, liderando iniciativas clave que impactan directamente en los resultados de la compañía.

Tendrás la oportunidad de:

  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de marketing para marcas y categorías con presencia en millones de hogares peruanos.
  • Liderar campañas integradas de comunicación trabajando junto a agencias creativas, digitales y de medios, convirtiendo estrategias regionales en ejecuciones exitosas para el mercado local.
  • Gestionar lanzamientos de innovación de principio a fin, coordinando con equipos de I+D, Calidad, Producción, Supply Chain, Ventas y Trade Marketing.
  • Analizar tendencias de mercado, comportamiento del consumidor y desempeño de marca para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y generar ventajas competitivas.
  • Transformar información e insights en planes de acción concretos que impulsen participación de mercado, penetración y construcción de marca.
  • Monitorear indicadores clave del negocio y participar activamente en la toma de decisiones estratégicas para el crecimiento rentable de las categorías.

Lo que buscamos

  • Bachiller o titulado en Marketing, Administración, Comunicaciones o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años en posiciones similares dentro de empresas de consumo masivo (alimentos es un plus).
  • Inglés a nivel intermedio.
  • Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio.
  • Mentalidad analítica, orientación a resultados y pasión por construir marcas.
