Du weißt, wie dieser Moment entsteht: der richtige Hook, die richtige Energie, die richtige Story. Wir suchen jemanden, der BitterLiebe nicht nur zeigt, sondern verkörpert – und gleichzeitig die Verantwortung für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle übernimmt.

Content Creation (Schwerpunkt)

  • Du produzierst eigenständig performanten Content für Instagram – von der Idee über Dreh und Schnitt bis zum Posting – mit hoher Output-Frequenz
  • Du entwickelst Hooks, Storylines und Serienformate, adaptierst Trends und testest kontinuierlich neue Formate
  • Du verkörperst BitterLiebe authentisch als Gesicht der Marke und baust eine loyale Community auf
  • Du entwickelst Content, der organisch performt und auch als Paid Ad Creative einsetzbar ist

Social Media Management & Kanalverantwortung

  • Du verantwortest unsere Owned Social Channel strategisch & operativ - Fokus auf Instagram
  • Du erstellst Redaktionspläne und steuerst das Community-Management
  • Du analysierst die Performance aller Kanäle datenbasiert, leitest Learnings ab und optimierst konsequent
  • Du stimmst Dich eng mit Performance, Influencer, Brand und E-Com ab und bringst gemeinsame Kampagnen an den Start
  • Du führst unsere:n Werkstudent:in Social Media und gibst Aufgaben, Feedback und Orientierung

Dein Profil

  • Du fühlst Dich vor der Kamera zu Hause – souverän, natürlich, authentisch
  • Du verstehst Instagram wirklich: Algorithmus, Trends, Hooks, Sounds und Storytelling sind Dein Daily Business
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Social-Media-Bereich und kannst organisches Wachstum nachweisen – idealerweise mit eigenem Kanal oder Referenzprojekten
  • Du beherrschst die gesamte Produktionskette selbst und arbeitest schnell, eigenständig und strukturiert
  • Du denkst datenbasiert, planst sicher (Redaktionsplan, Tools wie Canva) und hältst nicht an Formaten fest, die nicht funktionieren
  • Du übernimmst Ownership, bringst eigene Ideen ein und wartest nicht auf Briefings
  • Du interessierst Dich für Gesundheit und Ernährung und identifizierst Dich mit unserer Philosophie
