  • Du baust unseren Recruiting-Prozess aktiv mit auf statt nur bestehende Abläufe abzuarbeiten – von der Anforderungsklärung bis zum Vertragsabschluss definierst Du, wie guter Recruiting-Prozess bei BitterLiebe aussieht
  • Du wählst die passenden Recruiting-Tools aus und führst sie ein; Personio als ATS ist gesetzt, alles Weitere gestaltest Du mit
  • Du berätst Fachabteilungen auf Augenhöhe bei Bedarf und Anforderungsprofil und übersetzt das in eine Stellenanzeige, die zu unserer Marke passt
  • Du gehst aktiv auf Talente zu, statt nur auf Bewerbungen zu warten – Active Sourcing ist für Dich Standard, nicht Ausnahme
  • Du führst Interviews gemeinsam mit den Hiring Managern und gibst zeitnah, wertschätzendes Feedback – als Sparringspartner:in, nicht nur als Prozesssteuerer:in
  • Du begleitest Kandidat:innen bis zur Vertragsunterschrift und sorgst für eine Candidate Experience, die zu uns passt
  • Du baust Dir einen Talentpool auf, damit wir bei künftigen Vakanzen nicht bei null anfangen
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen fürs Employer Branding ein und gestaltest unsere Arbeitgebermarke aktiv mit, von LinkedIn-Content über Karriereseite und Bewertungsplattformen bis zu Hochschulkooperationen

Dein Profil

  • Du hast bereits eigenverantwortlich End-to-End-Recruiting-Prozesse gesteuert – von der Bedarfsermittlung bis zum Vertragsabschluss – und weißt, worauf es dabei ankommt
  • Du hast selbst schon Recruiting-Prozesse und -Tools aufgebaut oder maßgeblich mitgestaltet, statt nur bestehende Abläufe abzuarbeiten
  • Du kennst gängige Recruiting-/ATS-Tools (Personio-Erfahrung von Vorteil) und hast ein sicheres Gespür dafür, was für ein wachsendes Team wie unseres passt
  • Du bist Netzwerker:in und Sparringspartner:in zugleich – Du gehst aktiv auf Talente zu und berätst Fachabteilungen auf Augenhöhe
  • Du denkst mit statt nur zu verwalten: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Deine Vakanzen und bringst eigene Ideen ein, ohne dass man Dich darum bitten muss
  • Du bist neugierig auf neue Recruiting-Trends und -Tools und hast Lust, das bei uns aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Du kommunizierst klar, verbindlich und behältst auch bei mehreren offenen Vakanzen parallel den Überblick
