Für genau diese Reise suchen wir einen Native Copywriter (all genders), der nicht nur Texte schreibt, sondern die Wirkung dahinter versteht und die einzelnen Elemente zu einem stimmigen Ganzen zusammenfügt. Bei BitterLiebe ist Native Advertising kein Testfeld, sondern ein zentraler Wachstumskanal mit echten Budgets. Du schreibst nicht ins Blaue: Du testest Headlines, liest Reportings, drehst an Hooks und siehst live, ob Dein Text funktioniert.

  • Du erstellst Native-Advertorials nach psychologischen Copywriting-Prinzipien – mit klarem Fokus auf CTR, Conversion und ROAS
  • Du entwickelst emotionale Storytelling-Formate, die Leser nicht nur abholen, sondern konsequent zur Conversion führen
  • Du führst strukturiertes A/B-Testing von Headlines, Einstiegen und Textvarianten durch und leitest konkrete Optimierungen aus den Daten ab
  • Du wertest Performance-Reportings eigenständig aus und übersetzt KPI-Signale direkt in Text-Entscheidungen
  • Du integrierst KI-Tools aktiv in Deinen Texterstellungsprozess und erhöhst damit Deinen Output ohne Qualitätsverlust
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Mediabuying und dem Performance-Team zusammen und teilst Testing-Learnings proaktiv im Team

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst nachweisbare Erfahrung im Direct Response Copywriting oder in vergleichbaren Formaten mit
  • Du kennst die Klassiker des Direct Response – von Hook und Lead über Proof bis zum Close – und weißt, wie Du sie gezielt einsetzt
  • Du weißt, was gute Recherche wert ist, und kennst Deine Zielgruppe in- und auswendig
  • Du verpackst alltägliche Gesundheitsthemen in Texte, die gelesen werden – und verlierst dabei die Performance nie aus dem Blick
  • Du optimierst nach KPIs (u. a. CTR, CVR, ROAS, DB III), nicht nach Bauchgefühl
  • KI-Tools wie Claude oder ChatGPT integrierst Du aktiv in Deinen Textalltag – als Hebel, nicht als Autopilot
