Du willst nicht nur zusehen, wie eine Community wächst, sondern sie aktiv mitgestalten? Bei uns bekommst Du genau das: von Gewinnspielen mit tausenden Teilnehmenden bis zur persönlichen Antwort auf eine Nachricht – Du bist die Stimme von BitterLiebe im direkten Austausch mit unserer Community.

  • Du übernimmst die Ownership für unseren Broadcast Channel und hältst unsere Community dort aktiv und persönlich auf dem Laufenden
  • Du planst und organisierst eigenständig unsere Gewinnspiele (ca. 2 pro Monat plus saisonale XXL- und Adventsgewinnspiele) – einer unserer wichtigsten Hebel für Follower-Wachstum
  • Du übernimmst das Community Management in Swat.io: Du beantwortest Kommentare und Nachrichten und sorgst für eine aktive, positive Stimmung in unserer Community
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Feed Posts und Stories in Canva
  • Du bist vor Ort im Office mit dabei, wenn wir Shootings und Drehs für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle produzieren
  • Du hilfst uns in unserer Content-Küche bei der Entwicklung neuer Hacks und Rezepte
  • Du unterstützt bei Drehs für unsere dm-Drogeriemarkt-Formate
  • Wenn es passt, darfst Du auch gerne selbst vor die Kamera – ob bei Behind-the-Scenes-Content, in der Content-Küche oder bei dm-Formaten

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder einen Gesundheits-Studiengang – und bringst eine große Leidenschaft für Social Media mit
  • Du liebst Social Media und bist immer up to date, was Trends, Formate und Plattformen wie Instagram, TikTok & Co. betrifft
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und organisiert – gerade bei wiederkehrenden Aufgaben wie unseren Gewinnspielen behältst Du den Überblick und lässt nichts liegen
  • Du kommunizierst gerne mit Menschen: Im Community Management triffst Du den richtigen Ton, auch wenn es mal eine kniffligere Nachricht ist
  • Du bist kreativ und bringst gerne neue Ideen für Social-Media-Content ein
  • Du wartest nicht, bis Dir jemand sagt, was zu tun ist – Du erkennst, was gebraucht wird, und legst los
  • Erfahrung mit Tools wie Canva oder Swat.io ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss – wichtiger ist Deine Lernbereitschaft
  • Du möchtest wertvolle Praxiserfahrung in einem schnell wachsenden Startup sammeln und Verantwortung übernehmen
