Bei uns dreht sich viel um Wachstum – und damit das im Hintergrund reibungslos funktioniert, brauchen wir Dich: Mit Deiner positiven, offenen Art bist Du der Dreh- und Angelpunkt für unser 43-köpfiges Team und unsere Gäste: Du schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem alle gut arbeiten können, hast für unsere Mitarbeitenden immer ein offenes Ohr und empfängst Besucher:innen mit einem herzlichen Lächeln.

  • Du sorgst mit Deinem Gespür für Menschen und Kultur dafür, dass sich Events, Feiern und der Büroalltag richtig gut anfühlen, z. B. Offsites, Weihnachtsfeier, gemeinsames Frühstück oder Büroverschönerungen
  • Du hältst mit Compliance & Verwaltung den Laden zusammen: Belegablage, Vertragsmanagement sowie Unterstützung bei Arbeitsschutz und Datenschutz
  • Du kümmerst Dich um Küche & Verpflegung, z. B. Küchenplan und Verpflegung bei All-Hands
  • Du behältst den Überblick bei Bestandsmanagement & Bestellwesen, damit Büromaterial, Technik-Zubehör und Getränke nie ausgehen
  • Du unterstützt bei IT-Support & Arbeitsplatzausstattung für neue Mitarbeitende und übernimmst bei Bedarf die Koordination mit Haustechnik und Hausmeister
  • Du hilfst dem Team bei Hotel-/Bahnbuchung, Reisekostenabrechnung und Terminen mit Dienstleistern
  • Du übernimmst die Post und kümmerst Dich um Administration & interne Kommunikation, z. B. Wiki-Pflege und All-Hands Vorbereitung

Nice-to-have

  • Erfahrung in der Unterstützung vorbereitender Buchhaltung bzw. Bereitschaft, in Vertretungszeiten hier auszuhelfen

  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Office Management, in der Assistenz oder einer vergleichbaren organisatorischen Rolle
  • Du behältst auch bei vielen unterschiedlichen Themen gleichzeitig einen kühlen Kopf und den Überblick
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und zuverlässig – man kann sich auf Dich verlassen
  • Du packst gerne an, denkst mit und übernimmst Verantwortung, statt nur abzuarbeiten
  • Du hast ein großes Herz für die Mitarbeitenden und förderst gerne Zusammenhalt und gute Stimmung im Team
  • Es macht Dir Freude, für ein wachsendes Team ein Umfeld zu schaffen, in dem sich alle wohlfühlen

Dein Gehalt

20.000 – 25.000 € brutto/Jahr Die individuelle Einordnung innerhalb dieser Spanne hängt von Erfahrung und Qualifikation ab.
