Wir suchen jemanden, der BitterLiebe nicht nur zeigt, sondern verkörpert – authentisch, datengetrieben und mit echtem Gespür für Trends und Community.

  • Du produzierst eigenständig performanten Content für TikTok und Instagram – von der Idee über den Dreh bis zum Schnitt und Posting – und hältst dabei eine hohe Output-Frequenz
  • Du entwickelst kreative Hooks, Storylines und Serienformate, adaptierst aktuelle Trends und testest kontinuierlich neue Formate
  • Du analysierst die Performance Deiner Videos datenbasiert, leitest Learnings ab und optimierst Deine Content-Sprints konsequent
  • Du verkörperst BitterLiebe authentisch und glaubwürdig als Gesicht auf TikTok und Instagram und baust eine loyale Community auf
  • Du entwickelst Content, der sowohl organisch performt als auch als Paid Ad Creative einsetzbar ist
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams Performance, Social, Influencer, Brand und E-Com zusammen und teilst Learnings proaktiv

Dein Profil

  • Du fühlst Dich vor der Kamera zu Hause – souverän, natürlich, authentisch – und wirkst als Gesicht einer Marke, ohne gestellt rüberzukommen
  • Du verstehst TikTok und Instagram wirklich: Algorithmus, Trends, Hooks, Sounds und Storytelling sind Dein Daily Business
  • Du hast nachweislich Content erstellt, der performt – idealerweise mit eigenem Kanal oder Referenzprojekten
  • Du beherrschst die gesamte Produktionskette selbst und arbeitest schnell, eigenständig und strukturiert
  • Du denkst datenbasiert, iterierst kreativ und hältst nicht an Formaten fest, die nicht funktionieren
  • Du übernimmst Ownership, bringst eigene Ideen ein und wartest nicht auf Briefings
  • Du interessierst Dich für Gesundheit und Ernährung und identifizierst Dich mit unserer Philosophie
