Votre mission

En tant que Conseiller(ère) Service Client – Niveau I (Chargé(e) de clientèle Niveau I), vous serez la voix de l'entreprise auprès des clients francophones.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Être le premier point de contact via des appels entrants (inbound)
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients avec professionnalisme et clarté
  • Fournir des informations précises et résoudre efficacement les requêtes
  • Accompagner les clients dans un contexte bancaire et assurantiel
  • Identifier les besoins clients et proposer des produits et services adaptés
  • Garantir une expérience client de qualité à chaque interaction

Rémunération & avantages

  • Salaire de base : 953 € brut/mois
  • Prime de performance : jusqu'à 100 € brut/mois
  • Prime d'assiduité : 25 € brut/mois
  • Ticket repas : 6 € net/jour (~126 € net/mois)
  • 13ᵉ et 14ᵉ mois de salaire (environ 158 € chacun)
  • Formation initiale entièrement rémunérée

Profil recherché

Compétences requises :

  • Niveau français natif ou C2 (oral et écrit)
  • Excellente communication téléphonique et aisance relationnelle
  • Écoute active et forte orientation client
  • Intérêt pour la dimension commerciale / vente conseil
  • Disponibilité pour travailler sur site à Guimarães
  • Documents légaux valides pour travailler au Portugal

Atouts supplémentaires :

  • Une première expérience en service client est un plus, mais non obligatoire

Conditions de travail

  • Poste 100 % sur site à Guimarães
  • Horaires : lundi à samedi
  • Plage horaire : 07h30 – 18h00
  • 40 heures par semaine (8h/jour)
  • 2 jours de repos par semaine (dimanche fixe + 1 jour rotatif)
