About the Role

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people and working in a dynamic international environment? Join our team in Madrid and become part of an exciting live entertainment project where you will interact with players in a professional studio setting while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host and present live games in a professional studio environment.
  • Interact with players in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner.
  • Ensure a high-quality experience while following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain excellent presentation, communication, and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth and enjoyable player experience.
  • Work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Dutch or Flemish proficiency at C1 level.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • EU work authorization required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
  • Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset.
  • Availability to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment.
