Join an International Gaming Team in Sofia, Bulgaria

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Position: Player Support Specialist

Languages: German + English

Work Model: On-site

Start Date: 16/10

Training: 5 weeks of fully paid training

International candidates' relocation terms:

  • Relocation Bonus: €1,200 Gross (paid in 2 instalments) - to support relocation and initial rent costs

What You'll Do

As a Player Support Specialist, you will be the point of contact for players who need assistance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing professional and friendly player support via email
  • Assisting players with questions and issues related to their gaming accounts and experience
  • Investigating customer requests and identifying appropriate solutions
  • Handling support cases accurately and efficiently
  • Providing clear, helpful, and personalized responses
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction
  • Following established procedures, quality standards, and communication guidelines
  • Working closely with an international and multicultural team
  • Continuously developing your product, communication, and customer service knowledge

Important: This is an email-based support role, so excellent written communication is essential.

What We're Looking For

Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but full training is provided.

Fully Paid Training

You'll receive 5 weeks of fully paid training before taking on the role independently.

The training will help you develop the product knowledge, tools, processes, and communication skills required to succeed.

Working Schedule
