About the Project

Your Role

As a Content Moderator, you will:

  • Analyze and Moderate Content: Review videos, images, text, audio, comments, and user appeals to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Maintain Platform Standards: Identify and address content that violates policies, including sensitive material (e.g., vulgar content, violence, fake news).
  • Shift Rotation: Be part of a 24/7 team, working on rotational shifts to provide around-the-clock support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with platform policies.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional approach, even when handling sensitive content.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide a high-quality moderation service.

Compensation & Benefits

  • 10- 15-day Training Program: €28.24 per day (8 hours/day, conducted in English).
  • Salary Options:€1,767.50 gross/month (including base salary, Christmas and holiday bonuses, plus food allowance). €1478.16 gross/month (including base salary, Christmas and holiday bonuses, plus food allowance and room allowance).
  • Additional Benefits:Private health insurance. Meal card and holiday bonuses.

Relocation Package

We make your move to Lisbon seamless with:

  • Airport pick-up and administrative assistance.
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses.
  • Annual round-trip flight to your home country (within the EU).
  • Accommodation in company-rented, fully furnished apartments for at least 14 months.Utilities included: water, gas, electricity, cable TV, and internet.

Work Schedule
