位定位 具身智能数据产能体系的核心搭建者，负责构建海外分布式Ego数据众包生产网络，支撑高质量第一视角动作数据集的规模化产出，通过社群化、生态化的运营模式，激活社会灵活产能，打造可持续、可扩张的分布式数据生产体系。

岗位职责 1. 搭建并运营海外Ego数据众包产能体系，覆盖数据采集、数据审核两大业务板块，统筹产能规划、人员拓展与交付履约，支撑业务规模化爬坡。 2. 构建社群化运营生态，设计裂变增长、分层激励、留存运营机制，持续扩大有效产能规模，提升整体生产效率与人员活跃度。 3. 统筹众包场景下的数据标准落地，统一采集设备规范、作业流程、质检标准，保障产出数据的合规性、一致性与高质量交付。 4. 持续优化众包运营模式，迭代产能调度、质量管控、成本管控体系，匹配业务不同阶段的发展需求，打造行业领先的分布式数据生产能力。

任职要求 1. 具备大规模众包平台、灵活用工生态的运营经验，有AI数据服务、互联网众包业务背景优先。 2. 具备生态化运营思维与全局视野，能从业务增长角度搭建产能体系，而非单纯执行事务性工作。 3. 擅长海外社群化组织管理与激励机制设计，具备较强的资源整合与跨群体协调能力。 4. 对具身智能、AI数据产业有认知，理解高质量数据对AI模型的核心价值，认同数据产业的长期发展方向。
