1.协助参与新一代 AI 搜索引擎的算法相关工作，在大模型技术应用于搜索业务的过程中提供支持。 2.辅助进行网页搜索 query 分析、召回、粗排、精排等环节的基础性工作。 3.协助处理网页筛选反作弊模块的相关事务，包括参与 spam（色情、博彩、涉政等）网页识别及筛选模型优化的辅助工作。 4.支持搜索权威质量模块的工作，如协助进行通用权威性模型、query 领域分类及需求强度、领域权威性等方面的资料整理与数据处理。 5.配合完成搜索时效性模块的相关任务，助力保证中高时效需求的 query 下结果的及时性。

1.了解 C++/python 等编程语言，对编程有兴趣，有一定的编程基础者优先。 2.具备一定的算法和数据结构基础，愿意深入学习相关知识。 3.对机器学习有浓厚兴趣，了解 xgboost、tensorflow/pytorch 等主流机器学习框架者更佳，愿意学习 NLP 常见算法模型。 4.拥有良好的逻辑思维能力，具备基本的分析和解决问题的能力。 5.对搜索、推荐、广告方向有兴趣，有相关学习经历或项目经验者优先，具备一定的数据敏感度。 6.保证每周至少 5 天的实习时间，实习时长不少于 3 个月，能长期实习者优先。 7.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，积极主动，有较强的学习能力。
