1. 存量股东及现有投资人关系维护：维护股东名册，常态化同步公司算力建设、集群落地、客户商业化、技术迭代、产能进展等里程碑；承接投资人问询，组织一对一对接、季度同步会、线上线下调研，收集投资人关切，反馈给管理层，做好预期管理。 2. IR 叙事与材料产出：独立撰写、迭代投资人 PPT、季度股东简报、FAQ、业务要点；把算力、集群、MaaS、调度平台、能耗、上架节奏、客户结构、毛利率、资本开支等 AI Infra 专业信息翻译成资本市场易懂的叙事，对齐财务、业务、技术团队口径，保证对外信息合规统一。 3. IR 活动落地执行：牵头筹备股东沟通会、反向路演、投资者交流日；负责议程、材料、纪要、会后跟进闭环；按需配合新增投资人尽调对接（支撑项，非核心拓新）。 4. 赛道与资本市场跟踪：跟踪 Agent Infra、MaaS、模型服务、AI 开发者平台赛道同业、一级市场机构观点、全球算力供需、出海合规政策；定期输出股东反馈 & 市场观察简报；维护投资人标签台账，沉淀投资人关注点档案。 5. IR 合规与股东事务：做好沟通留痕、分级保密；配合法务、投融资把控对外敏感信息；支撑股东会、股东函件、期权 / RSU 相关股东沟通工作。 6. 资本动作协同支撑：在融资、股权调整、海外主体资本安排、重大战略合作等关键节点，配合团队完成存量股东同步沟通，平稳管理股东预期。

1. 本科学历及以上，3–5 年一级市场甲方公司 IR 专职经验。 2. 理解 Agent Infra / MaaS 赛道：熟悉模型聚合、API 服务、开发者生态、ToB / 开发者收入模式，能看懂调用量、ARR、客户分层、毛利、出海合规风险；有 MaaS、AI 平台、开发者 SaaS、AI 基础设施、出海科技甲方 IR 经验优先。 3. 优秀书面 + 口头表达，中英文沟通流利；独立输出 IR 文稿、PPT 叙事，分寸感强，熟悉一级市场对外沟通合规红线。 4. 强多线程执行能力，擅长并行维护多家机构投资人、会议组织、事项闭环；沟通情商高，对接 GP、产业方、战略股东顺畅。 5. 保密意识强、细心靠谱；熟练 PPT、Excel。 6. 加分项：熟悉跨境股权架构、新加坡 / 海外主体相关资本沟通场景；成长型 AI 平台 / 出海科技公司 IR 经验。
