核心职责： 1. 负责公司核心业务系统的性能优化与稳定性保障，建立性能监控、告警、排查体系（如 APM 工具选型与落地）； 2. 开发与维护通用中间件及组件，包括 ABTest 发布环境（灰度发布、流量切分）、消息队列（如 RocketMQ/Kafka）、日志系统（ELK Stack）； 3. 优化中间件性能，解决中间件瓶颈问题（如消息积压、日志存储膨胀），提升组件吞吐量与可靠性； 4. 搭建分布式链路追踪、监控告警平台，实现系统异常的快速定位与根因分析； 5. 参与基础架构规划，推动 DevOps 落地，提升研发效率（如 CI/CD 流程优化、自动化部署工具开发）。 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 年以上后端开发经验，熟悉 Go/Java 任一开发语言； 2. 具备中间件开发或维护经验，深入理解消息队列、日志系统、ABTest 原理，有相关组件调优实战经验； 3. 熟悉 Linux 系统，能编写 Shell/Python 脚本，掌握 Docker、Kubernetes 容器化技术，了解云原生架构； 4. 具备系统性能优化能力，熟悉 JVM 调优、数据库索引优化、网络性能排查（如 tcpdump、Wireshark）； 5. 有大型分布式系统稳定性保障经验，具备故障演练、容灾方案设计经验者优先。
