1. 负责搜索开放API平台的开发与维护工作，持续完善面向多元场景的智能搜索服务路由与调度能力。 2. 建设统一、稳定、高效的搜索服务接入体系，支撑搜索能力的产品化与商业化运营。 3. 推动搜索服务架构持续演进，解决高并发场景下的性能瓶颈与稳定性问题。 4. 完善搜索服务的可观测性与诊断体系，提升线上问题的发现、定位与处置效率。 我们希望寻找一名热爱开发、对工程质量和结果有高标准的资深工程师。你将深入业务场景与系统细节，主动识别并解决关键问题，持续推动小宿智能搜索演进，提升服务稳定性与效率，更好地支持全球客户及其 AI 应用。

1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5 年以上后端研发经验。 2. 具备扎实的计算机基础和编码能力，熟练掌握 C++ 、Go、Java中至少一门语言。 3. 深入理解分布式系统，具备高并发在线服务的设计与研发经验，能够独立完成技术方案的设计与落地。 4. 重视工程质量，有良好的系统设计品味，能够对技术决策与交付结果负责。 5. 具备较强的线上问题分析与排查能力，能够快速定位疑难问题，从根因出发推动系统性改进。 6. 熟练使用 AI 工具，有运用 AI 提升开发效率和代码质量、加快问题排查与交付效率的实践经验。 7. 有搜索、推荐等大规模在线系统开发经验者优先；有开放API平台开发经验者优先。
