O escritório atende mais de 30 Bancos e Seguradoras, além de Empresas, em todos os Estados do país, nas mais diversas áreas de suas necessidades.

* Objetivo do trabalho: O advogado especializado em publicação atuará na elaboração e revisão de documentos jurídicos, garantindo que estejam em conformidade com as legislações vigentes. Este profissional será responsável por fornecer suporte legal a clientes, auxiliar na formulação de estratégias de defesa e contribuir para a apresentação de casos em tribunais. O objetivo é garantir a correta representação dos interesses dos clientes em suas demandas.

* Responsabilidades:

- Elaborar e revisar contratos, pareceres e outros documentos legais, assegurando a precisão e conformidade legal.

- Realizar pesquisa jurídica para fundamentar defesas e estratégias, visando atender as demandas dos clientes de maneira eficiente.

- Manter-se atualizado sobre as alterações na legislação e jurisprudência que impactam as áreas de atuação do escritório.

- Colaborar com a equipe para preparar materiais para apresentação em audiências e reuniões, contribuindo para a boa condução dos casos.

- Interagir com clientes para entender suas necessidades e fornecer orientações adequadas sobre questões legais.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em legislação e termos jurídicos relacionados ao Direito Bancário, Securitário e Empresarial.

- Habilidade de comunicação escrita e verbal clara, para interagir com clientes e elaborar documentos legais.

- Capacidade analítica para resolver problemas simples que possam surgir durante a elaboração de documentos ou pesquisa jurídica.

** Qualificações educacionais: Graduação em Direito concluída, com registro ativo na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB).

** Experiências profissionais: Experiência prévia em estágios na área jurídica ou em cargos similares, onde tenha desenvolvido habilidades em elaboração de documentos e pesquisa jurídica, será considerado um diferencial.
