O escritório atende mais de 30 Bancos e Seguradoras, além de Empresas, em todos os Estados do país, nas mais diversas áreas de suas necessidades.

* Objetivo do trabalho: O Assistente Financeiro apoiará as atividades diárias do setor financeiro, assegurando a correta execução das tarefas financeiras e administrativas. A função é fundamental para o bom funcionamento do escritório, garantindo a precisão nas informações financeiras e colaborando na manutenção da saúde financeira da empresa.

* Responsabilidades:

- Auxilia na organização e no controle de documentos financeiros, como notas fiscais, recibos e relatórios, garantindo a conformidade e facilitação de auditorias.

- Realiza lançamentos contábeis em sistemas financeiros, com a frequência necessária para assegurar atualizações em tempo real e facilidade de acesso às informações.

- Prepara relatórios financeiros simples e auxilia no acompanhamento de contas a pagar e a receber, contribuindo para a análise da saúde financeira da empresa.

- Colabora com o departamento financeiro no processo de conciliação bancária, verificando discrepâncias e ajudando na resolução de problemas financeiros.

- Comunica-se com clientes internos e externos para obter informações financeiras ou esclarecer dúvidas, buscando sempre um atendimento cordial e eficiente.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em finanças, contabilidade ou áreas correlatas, permitindo compreensão de princípios básicos e capacidade de lidar com documentos financeiros.

- Habilidades organizacionais para gerenciar documentos e relatórios de forma eficaz, garantindo acessibilidade e precisão nas informações.

- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita para interagir com diferentes partes interessadas, tanto internas quanto externas.

- Capacidade de trabalho em equipe e de lidar com tarefas múltiplas em um ambiente dinâmico.

* Qualificações educacionais: Formação em curso superior em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas relacionadas é desejável, mas não obrigatória.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em funções administrativas ou financeiras, mesmo que em estágio ou trainee, será considerada um diferencial.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático em utilização de ferramentas de informática, especialmente Excel e softwares financeiros. Familiaridade com princípios de contabilidade e finanças é fundamental.
