The posting

Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die operative Fertigung einschließlich Lieferperformance, Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und Kostenentwicklung
  • Prozessstrukturierung und Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktionsabläufe (Lean Management, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Auslieferung von Bauteilen und Baugruppen für die Luftfahrtindustrie
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs gemäß luftfahrtspezifischen Vorschriften, Normen und Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Compliance-Vorgaben in der Produktion
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden sowie der Meister
  • Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenplanung einschließlich Personal-, Maschinen- und Materialeinsatz
  • Analyse von Produktionskennzahlen (KPI) sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Arbeitsvorbereitung Logistik, Engineering, Qualitätsmanagement, Supply Chain und Projektmanagement
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung interner sowie externer Audits (z. B. EN 9100, EASA, Kunden-Audits)

Die idealen Voraussetzungen sind:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Alternativ eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder Industriemeister in einem relevanten Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der Fertigung, idealerweise in der Luftfahrt-, Automotive- oder hochregulierten Industrie
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich Faserverbundwerkstoffe oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • "Hands-on-Mentalität"
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Produktionsplanung, Fertigungssteuerung und Lean-Management-Methoden
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen, vorzugsweise EN 9100, ISO 9001 oder vergleichbare Standards
  • Durchsetzungsstarke und empathische Führungspersönlichkeit
  • strukturierte, analytische und methodische Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Prozessorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
