The posting

Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Unterstützung der Personalabteilung bei einfachen administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • Mitarbeit bei allgemeinen Büro- und Ablagearbeiten sowie gelegentliche Unterstützung im Bereich Buchhaltung
  • Unterstützung im Frontoffice, z. B. bei der Annahme von Telefonaten und dem Empfang von Besuchern
  • Organisation und Buchung von Geschäftsreisen, Unterkünften, Mietwagen sowie weiteren Reisedienstleistungen
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Büro- und Verwaltungsaufgaben zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs

Die idealen Voraussetzungen sind:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und gutes Verständnis für administrative Abläufe
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Word, Excel und Outlook, ist für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und sowie gute Englisch Kenntnisse
  • Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie ebenso aus wie ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, treten freundlich und professionell auf und behalten auch bei wechselnden Aufgaben den Überblick.
