The posting

Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Planung, Steuerung und Feinterminierung von Fertigungsaufträgen, einschließlich Festlegung von Fertigungszeitpunkt, Produktionsmengen, wirtschaftlichen Losgrößen sowie Auswahl geeigneter Fertigungsorte.
  • Erstellung, Freigabe und Verwaltung von Werksaufträgen und zugehörigen Fertigungsunterlagen, wie Entnahmescheinen sowie Sicherstellung der Material- und Betriebsmittelbereitstellung für die Produktion.
  • Disposition und Planung von Material-, Personal- und Betriebsmittelbedarfen, inklusive qualifikationsgerechtem Personaleinsatz sowie Verteilung der anfallenden Arbeitsschritte innerhalb der Fertigung.
  • Koordination interner und externer Fertigungsaufträge, einschließlich Terminabstimmung mit beteiligten Bereichen sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses und möglichst papierloser Fertigungsprozesse.
  • Überwachung, Steuerung und Optimierung der laufenden Fertigungsprozesse durch Soll-/Ist-Vergleiche, Analyse von Prozessabweichungen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Störungen.
  • Sicherstellung effizienter Produktionsabläufe, unter anderem durch hohe und gleichmäßige Kapazitätsauslastung, optimierte Maschinenlaufzeiten sowie Minimierung ungeplanter Maschinenstillstände.
  • Optimierung von Durchlaufzeiten, Umlaufbeständen und Lagerbeständen, mit dem Ziel einer wirtschaftlichen und termintreuen Produktion.
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Termin- und Liefertreue, unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher Personal- und Betriebsmittelkosten.

Die idealen Voraussetzungen sind:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Techniker, Industriemeister oder vergleichbares
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Themenfeldern Arbeitssteuerung
  • Routinierter Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich von Roh-, Standard- und Leichtbaumaterialien
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
