日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与面向需求、设计和开发环节的AI研发效能平台、工具及Agent建设，重点探索Figma-to-Code、PRD-to-Code等方向，推动设计稿、需求文档到iOS/Android/Web代码的辅助生成、验证与迭代，提升业务团队研发效率； 2、参与多智能体协作、任务规划、工具调用（MCP）、记忆等能力在真实研发场景中的设计与落地； 3、参与沉淀组件库、代码规范和工程最佳实践，建设研发知识库及RAG链路，为Agent提供高质量上下文，提升代码生成的正确性、可用性与可维护性； 4、面向业务团队的实际使用反馈，参与提示词、工作流和评测体系设计，持续优化工具的稳定性和使用体验。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、对客户端或前端开发有浓厚兴趣，具备以下至少一个方向的实际项目经验：iOS（Swift或Objective-C）、Android（Kotlin或Java）、Web（HTML、CSS、JavaScript/TypeScript及React、Vue等框架）； 3、具备良好的编程基础和工程意识，能够将需求拆解为清晰的技术方案，重视代码的可读性与可维护性； 4、对LLM、Agent及AIGC应用开发有浓厚兴趣，具备主动学习和动手实践能力； 5、学习能力强，沟通协作顺畅，每周可出勤4天，可连续实习4个月。

加分项 1、有Figma插件、Design-to-Code、低代码或代码生成相关开发经验； 2、了解前端工程化体系，或有React Native、Flutter、Kotlin MultiPlatform等跨端开发经验； 3、有知识库、RAG或MCP Server/Client相关实践； 4、有开源项目、HaCKAthon经历或可展示的AI作品。
