1、负责产品研发过程中涉及效率、质量的工具与平台的设计和开发，包括但不限于代码生成、测试方案与测试代码生成、Harness相关建设等AI大模型应用工具，并在CDN业务线落地场景中做适配和优化； 2、负责技术风险挖掘与交付质量把关，保障系统的可用性与可靠性，建立风险识别、防控与兜底机制，守住交付质量底线； 3、负责Agent评测能力建设，设计Agent和Coding场景的过程和结果评测指标，基于真实业务场景构建端到端评测Pipeline（含Agent工具调用、RAG检索、多轮对话等复合链路），评估模型在完整工作流中的表现，并将Agent评测能力赋能至To B复杂场景； 4、追踪前沿研发效能与Agent技术，探索最新架构与交互范式，推进效能工具平台、质量保障与评测能力的技术预研与产品化落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业； 2、熟悉掌握至少一门编程语言，Python/Go/C/C++等不限； 3、熟悉自动化测试实施流程，具备自动化测试框架的设计以及独立开发能力； 4、有数据分析能力，能从评测数据中发现Pattern、定位问题根因； 5、较强的自驱力，能主动提出新的思路，并推动落地执行。
