1、负责飞书文档AI与工程系统的技术选型、架构设计与优化、业务研发、服务治理，确保分布式系统的高可用、高性能、可维护性和可扩展性； 2、主导跨团队协作，与产品、算法、测试等多角色协同，设计并落地业务技术方案，推进重点技术专项规划与实施； 3、深度参与文档场景AI能力的业务创新与落地，将前沿AI技术转化为真实的产品价值，持续探索Agent技术在文档协作新场景中的应用可能； 4、主导AI Agent能力构建的全流程工程化，包括核心系统建设、服务架构优化、数据收集、特征工程、模型评测等全链路支撑，以及领域数据微调、业务特征融合和场景化优化； 5、推动AI技术在内部工程体系中的落地应用，包括研发流程自动化、系统质量提升、运维效能优化等，以AI驱动成熟工程系统的持续演进。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业，有扎实的计算机基础与编程能力，具备优秀的数据结构、算法功底和代码能力； 2、深入理解高并发、高可用、高扩展的分布式系统架构设计，有分布式系统设计经验；熟悉MySQL、Redis、MQ等常见技术组件的原理和最佳实践，具备丰富的线上排障和性能调优经验； 3、强大的业务建模能力和产品思维，能将抽象问题转化为具体技术方案，并善于将技术创新转化为业务价值，具备出色的跨团队沟通与项目推动能力； 4、具备丰富的AI工程化实践经验，熟悉主流深度学习框架，深入了解Agent Harness相关技术栈；熟悉DevOps实践，拥抱AI Coding等新型研发范式，有自动化工具链开发经验；对新技术保持高度关注，具有强烈的学习欲望和自驱力； 5、在语音识别、NLP等相关AI领域有实际项目经验，或对AI Agent在企业协作工具领域有独到见解与清晰的实现路径，或有算法设计、AI应用等领域实际落地经验者优先； 6、具备优秀的技术影响力，能够指导或影响团队成员；在开源社区、技术社区有一定影响力，或对AI前沿技术有持续研究和实践经验者优先。
